By implementing this feature, customers will have the opportunity to not only view the status of their repair, but also review estimate costs, repair details, and additional notes we may include. Finally, this feature will serve as a platform for communication between customers and the VanCam Service Team, efficiently answering any questions/concerns you may have regarding the nature of your repair.
